Change XXII New Features

With this short news arcticle we want to show some of the best new features added with this change:

  • Navigation Bar Update
  • Invitations for external contacts
  • New Change request: Merge Company
  • New TISAX Dashboards
  • Reminder for overdue invoices and expiring TISAX scopes
  • Update of the Company Page

We hope you appriciate out effort to improve the portal with every change.

Navigation Bar Update

From now on: your profile, your company informations, the option to change language and sign out are under a button with your company alias and participant-id (if you have one).
As you can see in the image below your profile option will be label with your name and surname and your company with the name of the company.

Invitations for external contacts

When you create a new contact, in the "Portal Users" page, one of these three things can happen:

  • The contact is created as expected.
  • The email of the contact is detected to be alredy is in your organization. In this case, the portal will tell you to add the contact to the list using the "add" functionality.
  • The email of the contact is detected to be in the system but not in your organization. Is this case that is covered with this new functionality: now you can invite these contacts without the help of the ENX-Support.

To invite this contact you need to click on "Do you want to invite him?". Assign him/her at least one role and then click the button "Invite".
Then the ivited contact will recive an email with a link to accept or refuse the invitation
(his/her decition will be promptly notify to you by email, but you can also monitor all your invitations to external contacts in the "Portal Users" page).


Once the contact accept the invitation. He/She can access to the portal and see your company content, based on the roles that you have given to him/her.

New Change request: Merge Company

If you want to merge your Company with another Company, that is in our system, you can now use the "Request Change" feature in your Company page.
Once you have clicked on "Request Change" you will greated with a modal. You can see how it looks and how to fill it in the example below

New TISAX Dashboards

We want to give you more visibility on what is going on with your TISAX.
To achive this we have created a new dashboard where you can find plenty of useful graphs and numbers. For example:

  • ...
  • ...
  • ...

You can find the new dashboard at .... You can access to this page only if you have the permissions to see TISAX content.


Reminder for overdue invoices and expiring TISAX scopes

We have implemented two new banners.
One will remind you if you have one or more overdue invoices.

One will remind you to create a new scope if one or more is going to expire soon.

The first one will appear in all the pages of the portal's private area. The second one is shown in the page My Scopes and Assessments.

Update of the Company Page

Your company page has been reworked to include more informations. In particular we added the "change request grid", where you can, from now on, monitor the status of your requests to the ENX team and the invoice grid to verify the status of all your invoices.
You can access to your company page with the following link My company or with the navigation bar button labeled with the name of your company.
